The Event Snapshot

Five days, five content tracks, and a room full of women entrepreneurs and small business owners — from their first few years in business through their 15th — all past the "should I try AI?" phase. Year two is built on a solid year one:

The 3,246 attendee-member count comes directly from our year-one summit hosting platform. The 20.9% conversion reflects 667 paid upgrades from 3,192 free registrations. The 5,000 figure is our 2026 goal—not a guarantee—and we'll report the real result either way.

what a partnership is built to do ✦

Four Sponsor Outcomes

This partnership is designed around what your team needs to move—not a decorative logo count.

Get Discovered

Put your product in front of women entrepreneurs who already buy software and are actively looking for smarter ways to market, sell, create, automate, and deliver.

Get Used

Teach one practical use case through a live tutorial, Build Session, product walkthrough, or founder conversation that helps attendees see where your tool fits.

Generate Qualified Opt-Ins

Send interested attendees to your own trial, resource, offer, or landing page so every signup is consented, trackable, and already inside your system.

Measure What Happened

Use trackable links, codes, campaign analytics, and a written recap to understand reach, engagement, and the actions your activation produced.

Who Attends
Her AI Era

The women in this room aren't AI-curious.
They're AI-committed — and they're shopping for the tools that will carry their next season of growth.

  • Women entrepreneurs and small business owners — from their first two years in business through their fifteenth
  • Coaches, consultants, educators, creatives, and course creators
  • Already using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Airtable, Notion, Kit, Flodesk, Make, Canva, Fathom, and other related tools for online business
  • Actively looking for AI-powered solutions or “better” tools that work well with their AI tools
  • Focused on saving time, increasing revenue, improving client delivery, and creating new offers
  • Primarily in the USA, Australia, the UK, Canada, and New Zealand — 91% of year-one revenue

If your product helps entrepreneurs market, sell, create, automate, or deliver stronger client experiences, this audience may be an especially strong fit.

Reach Matters. Action Matters More. ✦

Year one showed that this audience acts: one in five free registrants upgraded to a paid pass. Individual speakers also reported opt-in results around 300 through their own connected resources, showing that the consent-based lead path can work when the teaching, topic, and offer line up.

For 2026, we’re adding paid acquisition to reach women beyond the founders’, speakers’, and partners’ existing audiences.

Owned channel totals are gross and may overlap. Historical speaker figures are self-reported potential reach, not guaranteed impressions. Speaker opt-in results varied by topic, offer, promotion, and audience fit.

Where Your Brand Shows Up

Your logo shows up in all the places you'd expect: the summit hub, the emails, the promotion. That part's a given. What makes this different is everything around it — attendees learn your tool by actually using it, so your brand becomes something they do, not just something they scroll past.

here's everywhere your brand lives during summit week ✦

Live Sessions + Demos

A named live tutorial, Build Session, product demo, or fireside chat — the centerpiece of every sponsorship, designed with our team.

The Summit Hub Booth

Your video, downloadable resources, offers, and optional chat — inside the platform attendees log into every day of the week.

Daily Attendee Emails

Placement in the sends that drive registrations, daily watching, and replay traffic — the highest-open emails of our year.

Partner Promotion

Swipe-ready mentions that ride out with every speaker and promotional partner, into audiences that aren't ours yet.

Social Spotlights

Features across the summit and founder Instagram accounts before and during summit week, promoting you and your session.

The 12-Month Replay Window

VIP attendees keep access for a full year — so your session and placements keep working long after October.

your sponsor booth ✦

Where Your
Leads Come From

Every tech sponsor gets a dedicated space inside the summit hub — the same platform attendees live in all week to watch talks, track sessions, and grab resources.

  • Dedicated sponsor page with your logo and description
  • Video or product demonstration
  • Downloadable resources, offers, and giveaways — hosted on your page, so signups are yours
  • A trackable link or promo code, so you can attribute signups yourself
  • Social links and optional attendee chat
  • Stage or talk association, plus replay placement

And your placement keeps working after October — VIP attendees hold 12 months of replay access.

what your session could be ✦

Sample Activations

We ran two live sponsor activations last year, and both formats are back for 2026. Here are a few examples of how we could feature your brand this year:

Ran in Year One

The Flodesk Fireside

Year one's fireside with Dawn Richardson of Flodesk — a founder-level conversation on where email is headed, and the format that returns in 2026 with more placement.

Ran in Year One

The Live Product Demo

A live "Prompt or Pass" build session ran during summit week, with a tool demoed in real time in front of the room. Attendees watched it get used, not pitched — which is exactly the shape the Live Experience tier is built for.

2026 Concept

MCP Build Session

A live walkthrough of connecting your tool to Claude or ChatGPT, with two or three workflows attendees can put to work the same day — built alongside them, in their own accounts.

2026 Concept

AI Ops Walkthrough

An over-the-shoulder look at your tool running real business operations — the kind of system attendees can copy into their own businesses that same week.

Every activation is scoped with you during onboarding — these are starting points, not the ceiling.

receipts from the year-one lineup ✦

“About 300 people joined my email list… one of the best summits I have been a part of. It had the best engagement and energy, and it was really well run.”

— Jessica Haines · Year-one speaker

“I got almost 300 new leads and 20 people downloaded my product — plus it helped SO much with my credibility and visibility.”

— Bea Lejano · Year-one speaker

These are individual speaker results, included as evidence that the consent-based opt-in path worked in year one—not as a promise of sponsor leads. Results varied by speaker, topic, promotion, and offer.

When I saw your summit last year, I was like — finally, a good, exciting summit for business owners. I literally said to my team: you guys, look at this summit. I want to sponsor it.

The Day 1 Midday Live Build

The fine print, up front 🫶

What you're actually buying here is this room's trust. It took a year to build and would take about five minutes to lose, so we're careful with it. Here's how that protects your investment, too:

  • Your session is planned and approved together, well before summit week. No surprises in either direction.
  • Your core brand treatment, sponsor description, and primary campaign assets are approved before publication.
  • Sessions teach first. No extended pitch slots, which is exactly why attendees stay to the end of them.
  • Resources have to be genuinely useful. That bar is the reason people actually download them.
  • Presenting Sponsor exclusivity applies only to paid sponsorship within the technology category defined in the agreement.
  • We keep panelist and moderator selection, so the room stays editorially ours.

Personalized Summit Tracker recommendations cannot be purchased. Attendees' Top Three suggestions are based on their goals alone — which is exactly why a recommendation in this room means something.

we'll show our work ✦

What You'll Be Able
To Report Back

Somebody on your team is going to ask what this produced. You’ll receive an initial campaign report within two weeks of the closing party, followed by a longer-window replay update if the summit platform can reliably provide it.

the three questions it answers ✦

“How many people saw us?”

  • Total registrations and attendance
  • Live attendance at your session
  • Replay views available at the time of reporting
  • Email recipients across the campaign

“Did they engage with us?”

  • Available summit-hub or booth engagement
  • Trackable resource clicks and downloads
  • Email clicks on your placements
  • Social reach on your dedicated features

“What did we actually get?”

  • Signups and trials attributed to your link or code
  • Opt-ins captured through your own resource page
  • Your session recording with agreed reuse rights
  • A written read on what worked and what didn't
And We'll Be Straight With You ✦

If a placement underperformed, the report says so, along with what we'd do differently. We'd rather lose a renewal than hand you numbers you can't trust.

Year-one figures sit alongside your results, so you can see what actually moved instead of guessing.

good questions, real answers ✦

Before You Reach Out

Do we get attendee contact information?

Not as a list, and you wouldn't want us to be the kind of event that sells one. Your booth resource, Goodie Bag download, or session offer links to your landing page. Someone who wants what you're offering opts in on your side, which means the contact is consented, trackable, and already in your system. Individual year-one speakers reported results near 300 through this path, but results varied and are not guaranteed.

Can we offer a trial, discount, or promo code?

Yes, and we'd encourage it. An extended trial or a summit-only offer is one of the strongest things you can put in front of this audience, and a unique code means you can attribute every signup on your own dashboard without waiting on us. We'll just want to see the offer in advance so it's something we'd genuinely stand behind.

How much work is this for our team, and what do you need from us?

Less than you'd expect. Plan on a kickoff call to shape your session, a set of brand assets (logo, description, headshot, booth video or demo if you want one), your resource or offer link, and then the session itself. We handle format, production, promotion, tech, and attendee logistics. Assets are due roughly three weeks before summit week so we can build you into the campaign properly.

Who hosts the live session?

Whoever teaches it best. Your founder or product educator can lead, we can co-host, or an ambassador who already uses your tool daily can teach it with us — whichever combination makes the session strongest. Either way, we run the tech and the chat and handle everything around it. For panels, we keep panelist and moderator selection to protect the editorial experience.

Which package is right for us?

If your goal is category ownership and you want this room to associate the whole event with your brand, that's the Presenting Sponsor. It's the only package that includes the Day 1 Midday Live Build, on the most attended day of the week, before any speaker presentations release. If your goal is getting your product into people's hands through one strong teaching moment, the Live Experience does that for less. Both include a named live session, a booth, email and social placement, lead capture on your own page, and the 12-month replay window. Tell us what you're trying to accomplish this quarter and we'll tell you honestly which one fits.

Has a tech company done this before?

Yes. Flodesk partnered in year one with a Day 3 fireside chat that was a highlight of the week, and our Special-tier sponsor ran a live product demo during summit week. Both formats return in 2026 with more promotion and placement around them.

Can we reuse the session afterward?

Yes. You’ll receive the final session recording with agreed reuse rights for your own marketing, education, onboarding, and sales channels. Those rights will be included in the written sponsorship scope.

How does payment work?

We invoice you directly once the package and scope are confirmed, and your spot is held from that point. If your budget cycle needs a particular structure or timing, tell us early and we'll work with it — we'd rather solve that up front than lose a good fit over paperwork.

When do we need to decide?

Spots are confirmed in inquiry order and partnerships close when all three are claimed or by our mid-September deadline, whichever comes first. We keep the partner roster intentionally small so every activation receives real planning, promotion, and support. If the 2026 spots are full, we’ll be happy to talk with you about 2027.

What does reporting look like?

An initial written recap within two weeks of the closing party, covering the reach, engagement, and attributed actions our platform and your tracking can reliably supply. If longer-window replay data is available, we’ll provide a later update. If a placement underperformed, we’ll say so and share what we’d change.

Who You're Working With

Kinsey Soderberg

Kinsey Soderberg

Co-Founder, Her AI Club™

Kinsey is the founder of Authentic AI®, where she builds AI systems for business owners and teaches them to do it themselves. She is in these tools every day, which is why a sponsor session here gets built like a real workshop instead of a webinar with a logo on it.

Joyce Hamilton

Joyce Hamilton

Co-Founder, Her AI Club™

Joyce has been deep in AI since before it was trendy, and she's the resident brain for turning bots into real revenue. She knows exactly what makes a tool stick for this audience, and more usefully for you, what makes them go tell three friends about it.

You'll work directly with us. No agency layer, no account managers, no handoff to someone who wasn't on the call. We ran this event last year, we know where it got tricky, and we'll design your session with you personally.

And one more thing: this summit isn't a one-week flash. It's the front door to Her AI Club™, our year-round community, and one of two live events we now host annually. A partnership here is an introduction to an ecosystem that keeps growing long after October.
