Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Her AI Era Summit, you agree to the following:

• 

  Email consent. You agree to receive emails from the Her AI Era Summit, Authentic AI (Kinsey Soderberg), Only Boldly (Joyce Hamilton), and Cubicle to CEO (Media Sponsor).

• 

  Limited sharing. Your email address will only be shared with the four parties listed above. We will not sell or distribute your personal data to any third parties beyond this scope.

• 

  Optional speaker access. During the summit, you may choose to access presentations and free resources from individual speakers. In doing so, you may be asked to opt into their email list, which is entirely optional and controlled by the speaker.

• 

  All-Access Pass bonus contributions. If you purchase an All-Access Pass, you will gain access to bonus content from select speakers. Downloading or accessing these may also involve opting into that speaker’s email list, which will be clearly disclosed before download.

• 

  Summit communication. You may receive reminders, session updates, promotional offers, and follow-up emails related to the summit and related brands.

Privacy Policy

• 

  Data collection. We collect your name and email address through our sign-up form for the purposes of summit communication and access delivery.

• 

  How your info is used. To send you summit-related emails and promotions; to share your email with Authentic AI (Kinsey Soderberg), Only Boldly (Joyce Hamilton), and Cubicle to CEO (Media Sponsor); and to offer you the opportunity to opt into individual speaker lists if you choose.

• 

  Data storage. Your data is securely stored via Kit (our email platform) and only accessed by authorized team members.

• 

  Opt-out policy. You may unsubscribe from any of the email lists at any time using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email.

• 

  GDPR/CCPA compliance. We comply with data privacy laws and respect your right to access, correct, or delete your data.

Cookies & Tracking

• 

  What we use. We use cookies and similar technologies on this site, including Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages, and the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads.

• 

  Your choice. A consent banner appears on your first visit. Analytics and advertising technologies only run after you accept. You can change your mind any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of any page.

• 

  What they collect. These tools collect usage data such as pages visited and general location. They do not collect your name or payment details.

Payments

• 

  How you check out. Free tickets and All-Access Pass purchases are processed through ThriveCart, our checkout provider, using Stripe and PayPal for payment.

• 

  Card details. We never see or store your full payment card details. Those are handled directly by our payment processors.

• 

  What we receive. For paid orders we receive your name, email address, order details, and billing country, which we use for delivery, receipts, and support.

Your Rights & Contact

• 

  Your rights. You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@heraierasummit.com and we will take care of it.

• 

  Unsubscribing. You may unsubscribe from any of our email lists at any time using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email.

• 

  Changes to this page. If we update these terms or this policy, we will update the date at the bottom of this page.

Personalized Summit Tracker & AI-Powered Tools

Some summit extras, like the Personalized Summit Tracker, use AI to build something just for you. Here's what happens when you use one.

• 

  What we collect. When you request your tracker, we collect your first and last name, your email address, and your answers to a few short questions about your business, your goals for the summit, and where you are with AI.

• 

  What goes to AI. Only your answers to those questions are sent to Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to pick the talks and live session that fit you best. Your name and email address are not sent to the AI.

  We use Claude through Anthropic's commercial API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, your answers are not used to train their AI models, and Anthropic deletes them within 30 days, except where it needs to keep them longer for safety reviews or legal reasons.

• 

  Where your info is stored.

  • Your answers, your recommended talks, and your tracker link are saved in Airtable, our internal database.
  • Your name, email, and tracker link are added to Kit, our email platform, so we can send you your tracker.
  • We use Make to connect these tools and Cloudflare to host your tracker page.
  • Only authorized members of our team can access this information. We don't sell it, and we don't share your answers with our sponsors or partners.
• 

  Your tracker page. Your tracker lives at a private, hard-to-guess link that isn't listed in search engines. Anyone you share the link with can view it, so only share it with people you'd want to see it.

  Any notes, favorites, or gems you add to your tracker are saved only in your own web browser on your device. They're never sent to us.

• 

  How long we keep it. We keep your answers and tracker for as long as they're useful for running and improving the summit, or until you ask us to delete them.

• 

  Your choices. Using the tracker is optional. You'll be asked to agree before your answers are sent to AI. To have your answers or your tracker deleted, email us at hello@heraierasummit.com and we'll take care of it.
